Meet Our Care Team
Shorelight Memory Care is a community committed to serving each person with compassion, love and mutual respect. Our caregivers and associates share these values, and receive the training and ongoing support they need to help our residents achieve the very best quality of life each and every day.
Stephanie joined the Shorelight family in February of 2017 and brings over 20 years of experience in senior living including hospital, skilled nursing home, assisted living, independent living and memory care.
“I am passionate about delivering respectful, spiritual care to both residents and family members. My husband Jeff and I have two grown daughters and one son-in-law. I am a North Dakota native and relocated to the Wisconsin area to join the Shorelight team."
Viola received her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Alverno College. Her passions for nursing are geriatrics, memory care, mental health, women’s health, and lactation consulting.
“I enjoy working in memory care because it requires creativity and flexibility to provide individualized quality care. In my past experience, no two days have ever been the same which makes working in memory care exciting. In my free time, I love spending time with my family, participating in Zumba fitness programs, and have a desire to learn Spanish as a second language.”
Lanna graduated from UW Lacrosse with a Bachelors in Recreation. She has over 20 years’ experience working with the elderly.
“I love creating fun programs for the residents. During my free time, I enjoy traveling, photography, biking, golfing and being a Packer fan. My husband and I have been married for 25 years and have one son named Landon.”
Lisa spent her early career working for NASA and has had the pleasure of spending the last 12 years in the healthcare industry including skilled, hospice and memory care.
“My greatest honor is meeting a caregiver and giving them hope in a time of need. During my years as an Alzheimer’s Association support group facilitator and Caregiver Trainer, I became passionate about finding solutions to help prevent caregiver breakdown. In my free time, my husband and kindergartener keep me busy as we love spending time up north in Hayward, paddle boarding, canoeing, and gardening.”
Meg has had the pleasure of working with the Geriatric community for the past 36 years; 20 of those years working with residents on a Dementia unit where she has received specialized training by the Alzheimer’s Association.
“I was drawn to Shorelight’s person-centered philosophy of care. I get so much more from my residents than I could ever give. I believe the best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service to others.
I am a mother of one and a grandmother of four, ranging from ages 5-19. My husband and I have been married for 10 years. Outside of work, I love to garden, redecorate, crafting, camping and enjoying time with my family.”
Katie recently graduated as a Licensed Practical Nurse in May 2017. Prior to working at Shorelight, she was a Certified Nursing Assistant for five years in home care and a long-term rehabilitation center.
“My passion is helping others who are not able to care for themselves as they had before. Shorelight Memory Care has given me the opportunity to have more than a career, also a family with our residents and co-workers. Currently, I am in school to be a Registered Nurse, and in my free time I enjoy travelling and spending time with family and friends.”
Lisa has been a nurse for 12 years. She graduated from Gateway Technical College and has worked in hospice, rehab, long-term care, and memory care.
“My heart is working with residents impacted with Alzheimer’s and other related dementia. Every day is a brand new day, and I try to bring joy and happiness to each resident. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, and gardening.”
Tracey brings over 30 years of Healthcare Food Service experience with the majority of that time working for various religious organizations.
“My team here at Shorelight is an amazing and dedicated group of individuals that takes great pride in what they do and we all strive to make the dining experience individualized for our residents. I enjoy gardening, my 2 dogs, Moosie and Max and taking care of my Koi pond. I am blessed with my daughter Erica and son-in-law David. We enjoy watching football (Go Packers) and UEFA European soccer, especially Manchester United.”
